NEXUS TRANSITIONS

BRIEF
Nexus Transitions is a branch of The Geriatric Connectors startup, specializing in providing support
and services to older adults and their family caregivers through counseling, care coordination and consultation. The owner reached out to me wanting me to design logos for both Nexus Transitions and The Geriatric Connectors with the idea that they would visualize making connections and bridging the gap to a new chapter in life.
SOLUTION
For Nexus Transitions, I designed a wordmark spelling out "Nexus" with the letters "E", "X", and "U" combining
with each other to symbolize making connection.
I stacked that on top of 'Transitions' and colored it with the developed color palette of light and dark pastel green and dark grey. The green's symbolize the idea of moving on to a new chapter with the thought of "the grass being greener on the other side" and the dark grey giving
a solid contrast.
